Pillai & Sons Motor Company (PSMC) entered the automobile retail business in Chennai in the year 1982. Pillai & Sons started their first Maruti Suzuki dealership in Thanjavur, the\ rice bowl of Tamil Nadu in 1997. 

Today, the group has grown leaps and bounds with many footprints across Chennai & Central Tamil Nadu. Within a short span, Pillai & Sons Motor Company has become one of the leading Maruti Dealers in Tamil Nadu with its expanded network of 3 NEXA showrooms, 2 ARENA showrooms, 3 True Value showrooms, 10 workshops, and 8 sales outlets in peripheral markets.
The NEXA operations span across 3 cities of Tamil Nadu with the main outlet situated in OMR, Chennai the IT Hub of the state.  The other 2 outlets are situated in Trichy & Thanjavur.
